i had tried before, but got confused somewhere and stopped tryin =/

you need to download a application like uTorrent or Azereus(s?) via google.
after installing that, download a torrent file, they usually range 50kb i think.
then your uTorrent or Azereus will open that torrent file and start downloading.

 

Technical stuff should be easiest when it comes to car junk in Japanese; I mean, it's just transliteration of English terms most of the time!
