It's got sexy lines. As for the hatchback......maybe. Just maybe.

 

hatchback= 2 door + hatch (rear door)
Wagon=4 door + hatch (rear door)

 

that was a hatchback? for a moment i thought it was a coupe, 2door STi, wow i guess that spoiler blend in pretty well wit the overall body design!

 

Always dreamed of the STI Wagon coming to the US, although I envisioned it being 4-doors, the two door is interesting.

 

those are total photo chopped jokes. the trunk with the existing spoiler and a hatch? these are a very far way from anything that would be near a concept state even. I would buy a 2 dr sti, but they will never look like that.

 

someone did a chop of a 22b with a front end similar to the one of the o6 thats what i meant when i said 2dr i consider hatches as 3drs

 

I saw that new sti and I fell in love. I`m not sure if it`s just me but the design is gorgeous in my opinion. I might want to smoke up the tail lights a bit though. What magazine is that by the way?

the hatchback is from road and track august issue....and the 4 door is autoexpress both are magazines not internet photochops

 

If I were to get an 08 STi, I would definately pick this one... I really like the sedan look (2dr or 4dr). After seeing this pics I think I am going to start saving for the STi swap in my 01 rs. Then we I graduate from college in 3 years I will buy an 04 STi and play with it... unless Subaru really changes the 08 model or I fall in love with the hatchback for some reason.

I would go with the evo x over the sti hatch

 

knowing Mitsubishi's business practices....I'll stay Subaru. Whether I would get a new car or not...

 

It may just be me, but I'll be damned if that isn't a Mazda 3....it may not be, there are some lines (hood) that are off, but the A, B, C and D pillars are way too close of a match.

On a side note, I'm thinking about adding space shuttle heat shielding to the wagon...it has the virtue of not having been done
