Who got pulled over in Millbrae??
I saw a mbp 02/03 wrx with aftermarket wheels and exhaust near the millbrae ave exit on 101S pulled over on the side with a chp behind him??? This was around 9 am..

Don't really remember as I haven't seen it in awhile. Last time I saw it was around the Murchison area.
