Petsmart or Petco sells red ears unless some new law/ban passed.
Red Eared Slider - Live Pet - Reptile - PetSmart
I believe i saw some small ones a few months ago. I had 3 that in 4 years grew so large i had to give them to someone with a pond because they outgrew my 75Gal tank. As someone else pointed out they are very dirty creatures, also you cant really handle and interact with them. A Greek Tortoise is a easier to care for and really cool around the house.

All I want are babies so I can raise them and I can't find any place that sells them. The only place that's left to look is the flea market... I'm sooooo emo =[
