Although those reporters shouldn't have been there in the first place, I'm really, REALLY glad that they were set free. This may have cost us a lot but it has opened up a huge door to relations with NK.

I can't wait to hear their reports of what happened to them and how the whole ordeal took place in their eyes! They should make a movie out of it! :D I'm really, REALLY fascinated by North Korea and it's regime. I read whatever I can about them. I'm like a North Korea whore.

Wow, Bill Clinton is a baller. I wonder how many white girls he offered in exchange (cough Bush's pAArtying daughters cough).

Same situation is happening in Iran right now with 3 american hikers. Accused of being spies. I'm guessing Iran's going to do exactly what North Korea did.

yeah today was a good day.
I know Laura, my sister is best friends with her sister Lisa since college and we've known the Lings for over 20 years. Laura lives in my neighborhood and works down the street for Current TV, hell we see her at the corner market! To say that this whole mess has turned their families lives completely upside down would be quite an understatement.

Theres been little details of the events surrounding their capture publicly released while we were trying to negotiate their release, but those that were close to the incident know they absolutely WERE NOT on the N korean side of the border. their camera man was able to evade the north koreans when they trapped them and confirmed this.

In any case, just glad they're back now, I hope Laura will be able to get back home and get her life back on track as soon as possible :(
