insurance is paying for 4 new wheels. ive tried contacting wheeldude via email and phone,with zero luck. i need to order a set of g-force wheels in 18x8.5. could someone let me know what im doing wrong and or let me know who else sells rotas?

If you really REALLY can't get a hold of them then try Cosmic Marketing in Hayward. Apparently they are America's "exclusive Rota distributor"
Cosmic is Rota USA, they don't sell to the public.

That's an interesting question. My guess is that as the economy slumped down demand for "real" wheels declined, and as people started to buy more alternative brands the retailers responded by upping the prices.

We don't make any more money than we did back when they were $600, rising fuel costs, increased overhead, and higher shipping costs is what caused price increases over the years
