I work for america's tire. have gone through many sets of tires on my suby as well as my honda. hands down best bang for the buck that will grip and have decent tread life is the Hankook RS-2's. The Falken's get all the hype but they really are not a tire to be proud about, other than being decent in price but the RS2's are only like $5 more in some sizes and cheaper in others. If you want a tire that is going to last you a reall ylong time, be great all around and some excellent wet weather traction i would look into Bridgstone RE960AS's. They are extremely affordable and hold up for a very long time..... if you are local come by the America's Tire in Union City and i can get you anything you want.

Ive been doing some research lately for an re070a replacement....Im most likely going to get an all season for the stock BBS wheels....either the re960as or Dunlop SP 5000.... something nice and comfy for daily driving....then a second set of 17x8 rims and throw on some sticky rubber for summer...probably the Hankook RS2 (cheap and grippy).

I can vouch for the Hankook rs-2's. I have them on both my cars and love them. I will be replacing the ones on the Hachi with re01R's very soon, so it will be good for a side by side comparison.
