What happens when Rosetti pulls ya over on a good day????

Pulls me over yesterday for "loud exhaust", pops the hood, see's I don't have a CARB sticker, I explain the situation with it, he says ok, then starts to shoot the **** with me. Talkin about all kinds of different stuff, hands me my license back and says "have a nice day Sir...." and leaves. No ticket, no nothing.... and I was in MY CAR....

it's official, the world is commin to an end.

i went to Alameda (pleasanton) court a few weeks ago, and a girl was in their to protest a Rosetti ticket for audio...

The Judge read it to the room, "'a loud boom boom'? this officer clearly isnt a professional" and dismissed it lol

Lawl.

But in all seriousness - I've had a cop give me a BS ticket; found out later from a friend of mine (who's Black) he got the stopped by the same cop (he is also Black) for the same thing as I was and got off with a warning.

Race looks after their own most times...just a matter of luck and being professional (no matter what) to an officer.

so that's why my super burrito is never as big as the day workers sitting next to me :(

sh*t! im white as it gets and i get fu*ked everytime i get pulled over :yell: i got a ticket that my insurance compcany couldnt even believe i got and i was still found guilty after proving a solid case...**** our court system

F'd up budget = shoot fish in a barrel instead of doing actual police work

serve and protect = hassle and collect

:monkey: the police

Race isn't always the factor with everyone.

Bottom line... Rosetti is a dick. You're the only person I've EVER heard of being let go and it had nothing to do with it.

I know MANY of white dudes that have been hassled by this dude. Hell my buddy got a ticket in his 63' bel air for being to low and he's as white as they come.

I'm the first to admit when race is an issue but in this case I really doubt it. He's just an all around dick that felt like cutting some one a break that probably treated him with respect during their encounter.

maybe he just happened to fill his ticket quota for the day, and forgot when he pulled u over, so he let u go.
