If you want faster times head to Sac, Infineon goes slightly up hill. The other thing with Sac is you get way more runs for you money assuming Infineon still does the 3 practice runs then bracket racing.
Shannon what MPH were you going through the traps at?

I think my best the 14.44 was at 93.4 MPH.
Yea we got 2 runs in cause some A hOLes were running some F-1 cars and a beautiful Audi A8 till like 345. I like sac just not the drive. I do like Sac better because if you want to get dialed in they will let you run even after you are eliminated.
Oh forgot to mention my first time on the line I didnt realize it but I lined up next to a GTR...ha ha much to my suprise to see a white missile blow by me in first gear. He ran an 11.5 that run. It was funny becuase pretty much everything in sport street is as slow as me with a few exeptions so when the GTR blew by me I was like Wa! oh yea I see.....

Stock STI runs 13.6 according to Road & Track, & even OP is getting 13.2 (so far) w/ ATP gt30r...

2.25 DP no tune stock CBE. That DP was probably doing more harm than good because it was untuned. Yes Sac is a fast track hahaha

such a trade-off ! infineon is a beautiful track with all the feeling of big time racing and absolutely impossible to run good times! always a headwind and super hard for regular street cars...on the flipside Sac is a freakin dump but perfect for streetcars to run good times and actually go home not pissed off!
i just go watch at infineon, fill up with some gogo gas before i leave and rip up the bridge on 37 on the way home!

I'm thinking Sears is the GST dyno on tracks. Sac is a dynojet dyno... lol
But anyways, I've happy knowing without the headwind and me driving like a ****, My car would have been in the 12's at sears. Which looks to put me into the 11's at Sac.
So when are we going to Sac? I drive by Sac raceway everyday.

I figured that question was coming. I am going out of town on business till the end of june but my wife wants to come out so probably end of june to get a base run at sac too. Then no more till my build is done.

Sac is a dump, that why I like the feel of Infenion. With all that wheel spin you have it al;so makes it hard to run a good time.

First of all you're not going to hit 12's with a 103mph trap... if you drive it perfectly and improve the tune enough to trap 107mph+, you could get into the high 12's. Then you're expecting to get into 11's just by going to a different track? Sorry, but you're not going to drop a second off your time going from Infineon to Sac Raceway. You might see 1-3 tenths difference at most and that mainly has to do with weather conditions. The track prep at Sac is usually pretty bad which makes getting a clean launch very difficult.
But hey... you're already running 11's in your head... so it must be true

As long as your not tuning my car I don't care what I run. Hell I'll push the damn thing down the 1/4 mile. And eddy, buddy since you were not there. STFU . I value mike @ gsts input more then yours. Least his shop car wins.
