If you are upset the car is a scion, but nothing at all with the car has changed besides the name, you are a dummy. If you think scion will ruin it before it comes out, thats another story.

yeah honestly i dont really care about if its toyota or scion, Ive never owned either and dont feel any personal investment in either brand, I was just making a rant about scion being Toyotas cynical attempt pay lip service to the youth market that they really didnt care about.

But regardless, they'll be coming out with the SUBARU version soon afterwards so why should any of us care one way or the other about what Toyota decides to call theirs loll!

I would just buy an old GM6 coupe and do a full STi swap or rwd conversion for half the price of that. Lol,

well if your lookin at used RWD fun, theres plenty of good S2000s in the low teens that that I'll bet make more power than this new car will make and will certainly be much lighter. They look good as hard top coupes and when the weather is nice you have a vert.

I figure if they manage to screw the pooch subaru will save it. I'm still very curious to see the hp/brake options etc. Let's just hope they don't do anything stupid.

Let's pray and hope for awesomeness! I do not get that excited for sub 30k cars so I think this could really be something.

more spy pics of this thing on The Ring. Now with cheesy tacked on body kit and a spoiler that would put any STI/EVOs to shame, guess we know what demographic they're aiming for at this point (ricers)

ya Ill bet you need alot of downforce for all of that 200na hp

Yeah, I really want the Suby version, but hearing that the toyota counterpart was going to be badged and marketed as a Scion made me sad.

EDIT: I want a shirt with that spiral pattern

We'll eventually see what Subaru does with their version. It might be less ricey than Toyota's

Will see how it ends up looking. Could go either way at this point. Been known for long time Toyota's version would end up the Scion, be thankful it's not badged a lexus and 60k.

If the Scion version sells for 20k and the Subaru version sells for 26k and the only difference is exterior touches, I'm buying the Scion version.
