I have the swift spec R's, but no experience with their regular sport springs. I like them, but hate the Sonoma County roads even more now. I'm in Santa Rosa if you are interested in test driving them.

the spec R's sit apprx 10mm higher, and are about 30 lbs stiffer.

we sell/stock these, i know a few folks in your area with them on the car.

Spec R is for 04+ STI. Not the WRX. Makes your choice a bit easier :p

^ well i guess that does. thanks. one other thing will the sport spring be good with my tokico d spec struts?

CHESTON 04-29-2009 10:50 AM

oh well, apparently it doesn't apply for the WRX, but I will say that when I rode in my friend's STI with the Swift Sport Springs...it felt really cushy. very nice DD ride, especially compared with the stock springs.

LICmotorsports 04-29-2009 10:52 AM

they will work fine with your tokico's....or stock or KYB GR2/AGX, or any other OEM replacement style strut.

I have the springs in stock also ;)
