I am saying one of the stars has enough gravitational pull and will melt that diamond and smoke it.

Yes but in a universe with infinite possibilities, that tiny spec of diamond dust could theoreticaly survive indefinitely, but ANY star has a finite life span. It isn't a question of if it is when the star will die.
Ahhh but under the current theory set forth. A star does not "die" it collapses into itself forming a black hole that drags in energy and matter. Then it goes *BOOM* and creates a nebula that then forms 2-3 new stars from the mass. SO really in affect, a star just breaths in an out...very slowly.
your diamond gets "infinity possibilities" but my star doesn't?!?!
You are racist against stars!!
I give your diamond 500 million years tops! prove me wrong.
