Statistics math...SUCKS!

sorry i should have posted this in the general chat forum but i'm too lazy to change it now. So yea Stats. really sucks. We are going over Hypothesis Testing with the testing of a claim about a mean with both large and small samples. How fun does that sound? Only four more weeks left (including finals week) and i have a solid B in the class, something like an 85% or maybe an 83%. I just want to pass this class so i have no more math classes to take and so i can go to SDSU! Sorry just had to vent about how much i hate math. Anyone good at statistics on here?

Statistics oh boy I did those back in 1997 and I dont remember what I did. I remember relying on a hewlett packard calculator. a TI-83 I think it was.

Yea without my TI-83 i would be a lost cause in the world of Stats. Tried to study again today but keep getting stuck, looks like i'll be spending extra time with the teach again so maybe i can get this down!

You know, I read somewhere that 85% of statistics are incorrect...

Thats with a 95% degree of confidence....

I just need a C, that's it, then Stats, and then NO MORE MATH CLASSES...

trust me.... everyone needs an extra math class or 2...

you know that old saying, "i wouldnt need algebra later on..."

guess what? a few year after taking algebra, i took this database class. guess what i learned? relational algebra!?! AHHHHHHHH.

my lower division math, after my calculus sequence i had to take linear algebra where one thing i learned was eigen values and eigen vectors.

then a few years later, i was watching the movie NO WAY OUT with kevin costner. in one scene, they were doing this recreation of a photo. one dude told another that he needed to rerun the program because the EIGEN VALUE was wrong!!!!!!

now how many people knew what that was? i was proud to have said, "I DO!"...

Na i could live a happy life without ever knowing what EIGEN VALUE's are.
