That ****er is back!!! My friend was driving on mowry last night in fremont and was pulled over by Rosette. My friend has a blue sti that is pretty modded (perrin rotated turbo kit w/ element gt65 turbo, aps black fmic, hydra ems, etc...) The thing that sucks is his car looks stock though. The fmic is black so you cant see it, single tip exhaust which looks stock, front plate on the car, etc... Rosette pulled him over and said he was going too fast when he was going about 3-4mph over the speed limit. Makes my friend pop his hood and the only thing he pointed out was the air intake filter off the turbo, didn't mention the ic piping, huge turbonetics bov, rotated turbo or anything else. He got a ticket for modified exhaust, modified emmisions, and also no amber bulbs in his headlights (jdm sti headlights) So yea this guy is back at it again, pulls him over and says he is going way too fast which was a lie and then writes him up a bunch of tickets.

This reminds me of the time my friend gets pulled over in his STOCK STI.
