He surprisingly texted back a couple of hours ago and said, he was out with his family today but will provide name and information of the smog technician tomorrow... Crossing fingers.
Hengman beat me to it, couldn't post cuz I was at work. Yes CBSubie is CaliSuby and his grammar is just as bad. Be careful dealing with him too. I met up with him once to sell some stuff. He paid in full but tried to lowball the **** outta me. Made sure to check the bills 
Interesting dude, was nice enough in person considering his past swindles.
It's sad he's still messing with people in our community. Upsets me a bit since we're usually tight knit and like to look out for one another...

might be better to search using only 2 or 3 octets instead of the full IP. Anyone using charter in the sacramento area could end up with 68.185.64.0 - 68.185.95.255 IPs so its possible you might accidentally ban that 4wheeline suby guy by mistake.
