I know html, and know what FTP is, but I don't have the greatest photoshop skills, never used dreamweaver but know its a IDE type app for webpages.

Hmm, if you get desparate, let me know. I am sure there is more graphical talent here. aka, Huck. ;x

Let's see here....

Web layout languages:
- HTML (version 4, transitional mostly), XHTML (version 1.1, ie. the strict one), CSS (particularly version 2.1)

Programming languages:
- C/C++, Assembly, PHP, Perl, Java, JavaScript, Visual Basic (I regret learning this one)

Databases:
- MySQL, PostgreSQL

General networking stuff:
- IP (both TCP and UDP), BGP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, SFTP, SCP, rsync, DNS, POP3, POP3/SSL, SMTP, etc...

Operating Systems:
- Microsoft Windows 9x/ME/2000/XP/2003 (Standard, Professional, Server, Advanced Server, Media Center Edition)
- GNU/Linux (Redhat, Gentoo, Mandrake, Fedora Core, SuSE
- FreeBSD
- Mac OS X
- Cisco IOS
- Cisco CBOS

Applications:
- Photoshop, Premiere, Encore, Acrobat, Sound Forge

Stuff I've written:
- Ticket system, game server tracker and scanner, IRC services package, assorted Linux kernel patches and Bahamut IRCD patches, custom mail system (MTA, MDA, POP3, SMTP).

Ok, I think I've sufficiently established myself as a geek.

Almost forgot, I run 3 servers. One hosts my own IRC network used for testing other bits of code.

Yes, I would say you are but a geek.

But SFTP and SCP both fall under SSH.

Custom mail system? your name isn't D. J. Bernstein though. ;P

You should go for this, you would probably be much faster then me with coding, and your hours are more flexible.

Mail system was written in Perl using MySQL for all storage (definitely makes webmail easy). As far as me going for this, I don't use Dreamweaver, period. I do all my coding by hand (XHTML 1.1, CSS 2.1) using UltraEdit (for syntax highlighting). If they really want it done in Dreamweaver, I'm not the person for it.

* Note: IE does not fully/properly support CSS. Things like position: fixed; and top: 0px; bottom: 0px; height: auto; just don't work. IE has margin and padding backwards.

And yes, SFTP and SCP are subsystems of SSH, but most people don't know that either of the subsystems exist and insist on using FTP.

I also know some html, and some xhtml. Know about ftp and can use photoshop to an extent.
I would only be available weekends and later on weekdays.

If you don't find someone better, let me know.

In short. Dreamweaver, some HTML, Flash, Actionscript (Flash), Photoshop, some Illustrator, and strong English skills. I'm just an art school guy needing something to put in his portfolio and add to experience in the resume, I'm graduating this spring. Willing to work with other people on projects. If you need any help, feel free to contact me. I'm free any day except for Thursdays (I have class). Thanks. =)
