Very possible that it was a heart attack. Leo was a big guy, but he was very active and enjoyed the outdoors.

I'm going to dedicate a Crossfit WOD in his honor and have a beer for him tonight.

There's more than one of us within this age group that fall into this risk category. IIRC He was only about 5-6 years older than me. The weekday drive through town is not going to be the same this week.
