Granted the wheels are forged BBS, but they should have gone at least 8" wide from factory. The stock STi wheels look sunken into the fenders as if a body builder has a pair of chicken feet. Even if you go with aftermarket wheels, you really can't use anything wider than 8.5" wide wheels and has very limited choices of tire sizes.

the 05 STi has 8" wide rims

umm, it is just my oppinion, but both wings really are the same... if you thinknthe sti wing is a park bench, then the evo's is a partly cf park bench... i really like both cars, but you cant pick on one car for something both have...

that is like saying, "the sti is cool, but the damn AWD gets in the way, i hate AWD, that is why i like the evo better"

on the wing, i think both wings look cool, but if i were to get one of them, i would go wwingless and surprise people when they thought my car was slow!!!

Hey, my car is faster in the 1/4 mile.. You must all bow to me... Gimme a break... I'm sure that impresses all the domestics you can find in a parking lot on a Friday night, but certainly not me...

If interior quality was also factored in, I'd have to say the STi's interior is waaaaay nicer than the EVO's. When I sat inside my cousin's EVO, "rental car" was the first thing that popped into my mind. Sorry but it's true.

DON'T WORRY! When Mitsubishi goes under and gets bought out by VW or something, we will rest-assured have the last laugh!

Anways, Subaru should just make the '06 STi have 1354239584354 horsepower and serve mitsubishi a cup of shut-the-hell-up once and for all.
