replacement wideband o2 sensor

Anyone know where to get a good deal on a wideband o2 sensor? Its the Bosch sensor used by VW. The VW part number is: 021-906-262-B. The one that came with my LC-1 died. The cheapest I've been able to find it is for around $50 plus shipping.
