Yep, I was on RE92's. They did just fine untill I popped a bead on a fun run on Sunday... even at 42psi! I guess that's what I get for going through the course like a jackass

I wasn't able to keep RE92s on the wheel at ANY pressure. You know what this means... it's time to join the KDWS crew. I think just over half of the top three season finishers of the 4WD classes were running them.

The KDWS's are amazing.... almost makes them unfair in the street classes IMO

I have to agree with Pete. Something about Sunday... it was probably the most fun I've had out there.

Anyway, didn't take many pictures at all, but I did capture photographic proof of my Jedi like ability to even kill cones with the BACK of my car on Saturday.

The wide shot:

Closer up, you can see the cone scuff in the dust on the bumper. Now, if the purpose was to display ability to surgically pluck cones with your rear bumper while otherwise traveling in a forward gear, I would have taken the cake.

Skylar, that may look impressive to most, but knowing the way you drive, somehow I'm not surprised

/me doesn't understand why Skylar bothers blanking out his plate while maintaining a very identifiable sticker and lic. plate frame....

Congrats Pete you definetly dominated the season!! Good luck in Nebraska 1 mile long course )

Great event the 2 day format was wonderful. Thanks Skylar and Megan!!

So I managed to knock off some wheel weights Saturday in the fun runs, just a little mud. Why they placed the weights even with the caliper is beyond me. Thankfully I had 2 full size spares.

This was great. Can't wait to run in Tracy _

On the drive back I noticed my tires were seriously unbalanced. I figured it was because I rotated my rears from the past 3 events to the front for that weekend, and the new chunking threw them off quite a bit.

So, I finally go in this morning to have them balanced. BOTH of my front Rota SDRs are BENT. The right-front zero'd out ok (it's just barely tweaked), but the left is toast. If anything, I think that goes to show the BF Goodrich KDWS fricken ROCK if I can bend two wheels when running 35psi and not pop a bead.

Anyway, time to dust off that full sized spare SDR, and call up Subydude for another.

I, uh, also found this today. I think I remember the fun run where I hit a cone that was in the middle of the track that just about lined up with that part of the car.

Damn skylar! You just found that cone now?!? I hope it wasn't my fun run that put it there
