that they order stuff from us, so they're using factory parts.

Our RX300 was rear-ended in a slow speed collision last year and we got it fixed at Primier since Geico is also our insurance carrier.

The shop got the replacement bumper from Bay Area Bumper Service at Newark. The description was "RECOND Bumper Cover". The overall qulaity of work and service was pretty good. They got it done pretty fast too. But again since the repair was not for my STi, my scrutiny level wasn't super high.
