Spike's Tactical 9mm Carbine Upper with their Carbine Rail - Hand Guard, Fake Can, FDE CTR Kit in FDE and MIAD in FDE as well. Also the VM Hy Tec Mag Block and MS2 Sling with ASAP 
I've had the EOTech 516 for over a month and never even used it til I got this upper 
There is a Raddlock and set screw making sure the mag cannot be dropped, for now I am dropping the magblock with mag in it like top loading the older rifles. I plan on doing it featureless pretty soon. (Hi-cap mag in Glock is legalso shh!)
