I would vote restroom - they usually frown on people "testing out" the TP.

But IMHO the worst paper I have ever experienced is in the UK. Holy crap.

i use baby wipes. fresh and clean everytime. nothing is left behind.

I like to slash in the water. I make a real big mess...

I didn't even know what toilet paper was until we moved to the US in 89!
All we used in "Mother Russia" were cut up pieces of news paper ;).
