No, it's the housing. I bought the car like that. The previous owner did a pretty poor job gluing the thing back together. I was thinking either break it again and glue it back together nicely and refinish it or just buy a new one. Either way I'll need to repaint the darn thing. It would be a good time for me the paint the side skirts, front/rear bumpers too!
