OT: need help with pdf file

I have a PDF file that has some documents in which i occasionally print then highlight... it's a 1003 loan application in which i give to clients. Unfortunately, i give A LOT if these forms out and they can range from 8-30pages long in which i much highlight what the customer must fill out.

This takes entirely way too much time to do manually. I figure with all this technology there has to be something like a program or a way to highlight these documents and still make it legible for my customers. I tried it once with acrobat but when i printed it all out it was hard to see. Anyone please?

someone help me please

Color. Are there any good programs that will allow me to highlight a file like this and make it look professional.

I tried highlighting everything in grey and in yellow and it was hard to see and didn't look professional.

Is there anyway to change the color of the font on the document?

as far as acrobat, only in the original document i believe... just highlight, strikeout, and underline in my version of acrobat.

is this what yours looks like? i've highlighted in yellow.

you have no idea how much time you're saving me if you help out...i highlight TONS of paper and mail these applications to people who sometimes return them fro a loan.
