I guess i'm a N00b too. I remember going to the UCKK meets, but sorta limited it because I lived in the Southbay, so I used to attend Big Dogs Grill meets whenever I could (Foxworthy and Cherry). I remember buying parts from Mike @ GST, from Gruppe-S, and Suby Dude (now Wheel Dude).
Went from a '98 Forester S (new in 98), then traded it in for a new '03 Bugeye WRX, then sold it to Heedz. Now I drive a luxury STi (LGT Spec.B).

There was a picture with our RS practically brand new from a meet at JC Sports (of turbo'd Impreza fame) in Colorado a month or two prior that ran in Sport Compact Car. That was about a month after we picked up the RS.

I'm not old school, but i do have fond memories of 2007/08. Good meets up Hammy, in the south bay, wingstop over there near 87, at "the dog". We even had some good meets at Capitol Subaru with free gifts. I remember buying detailing products from Detail addict out the back of his car, and headlight retrofitting was in it's infancy.
