That's what I did, but then I threw a load of money at it to get it to where it is and it's still not done. Modding is a drug, I can't get enough. Haha. The insurance is cheaper on the Legacies too.
for BAM X it would be great not to run out of food, that sucked, and perhaps we could donate to a different non-animal cause...
Also, shouldn't a raffle generate more money than the prizes are worth? Otherwise it seems pretty inefficient...
It would be nice to incorporate some well organized activities so everyone isn't just standing around. It would be great if BAM X, hopefully on a cooler day, was a lot more active with a bunch of fun things to watch or participate in. I know I'm dreaming here, but it would be really cool to incorporate some kind of controlled driving event like autox, rallyx or HPDE involving the chance to be selected to go on ridealongs in the LIC and GST time-attack cars...

Joust (as was done in years past at BAM)
(The giant inflatable jump room they had across the way from our meet would have been a blast as well).
I like the tricycle races idea as well, but where would you put it?

LIC Motorsports will be doing ride alongs at track events very soon, and we will be inviting folks to come out and take a ride...I think its important for people to see what a "track/Race" setup feels like for a few reasons. 1- not everyone gets the chance to do that on their own, and 2- I get the "I want 500whp in my car" all the time and its time to show folks what that takes and why it costs so much to get there, and 3- its time to have fun at track days again!
