Sorry man, VIP status is only for the cooks and people who help out throughout the entire day. I can't hand out the coveted VIP title for just bringing ice. Sorry man. (Basically people who do the hard labor and difficult and time consuming stuff)

Great, I'll put you down for the secondary guy. You can help with gathering the votes and tallying everything at the end of the show. You and I<3subie can discuss who will do what, like who will set up the parking area for the cars at the show in the VIP area, and whatever else you guys can think of.

Thanks AVE

Also, let me remind everyone that if you are not on the list then you are NOT signed up officially. For the people that are signed up, I am relying on you to be at your post and doing what you signed up to do. Your roles are very important and I need every single one of you!

People who don't want to sign up because they are unsure about attending, you are all VERY welcome to help out with anything and everything on the day of the event, so when you show up and want to do something to help out, please just take the initiative and jump into something, all your help is GREATLY appreciated. The more help we have the smoother this meet goes for everyone.

If we were to bring activites such as football, baseball etc would this be considered getting VIP status?

Sorry, those are not on par with sitting at a really hot grill sweating your butt off for a long time.

You need to take one for the team to get a VIP status, not something easy.

So clean up guys such as my self and whoever else does should also have VIP status right?

Clean up is all day, not just at the end...

As of Right now, August 9th works for me. It is on my schedule and I am set to go.

I can be a parking lot attendant, that would be fine with me. with a couple people, it would be really easy.

sign me up
