There's a $5 fee per person thanks to the vendors, without them it would be $10 or more a head.

This covers rental of two sites, quality food and drinks for 400+ people, as well as supplies, etc. Just so you get an idea, we need 400lbs or so of raw meat to BBQ alone! And I'm not talking about hot dogs and low quality hamburger patties, I get the good stuff for everyone.

I'll update this thread in a little bit, I'm on a mobile device and its a pain to type and navigate. Will do it when I egt home

^Ahh ok was wondering why my name wasn't listed for ice and yeah sometimes on the phone it can suck to move about the site. So for sure add me to the list of ice and i can also bring more than 10 bucks worth and then also add my name for horseshoes. I will check into the lawn bowling idea and get back to you because I don't actually have the set for lawn bowling. I was suggesting that as an idea but i can for sure bring horseshoes.

+1 for events. I will bring some games or plan some relay races or something fun.....The teacher will think of something cool to entertain the boys. :-)
I am also a food judge of some sorts, I believe.
As for the wet t-shirt contest..... ;-)

Yes, you are indeed a judge for the cook off! It's going to be a big deal, and I picked 3 gals to make it even more entertaining.

As for the wet t-shirt, I'm soooo down to compete against you!

Hey guys, we really need some folks to clean up as much as they can before they leave the event. You don't have to stay till the end, you can clean up as you are leaving... The more we clean up early the better it will be in the end for the folks who are sticking around to clean up at the end of the event.

If you've stayed till the end of past events, you'll know that 400 people def know how to make a huge mess! If we want to be welcomed back in the future, we really need to do our part to clean the place up.

All people who help clean up will get a special hug from yours truly.

PS: Thank you to everyone who has volunteered already! You guys rock!

Oh pardon me, English is my 3rd language, I must have skipped over the word "female" because I got so excited about being in a wet tshirt contest.

About the video, yes, as you can see on my list, no one has signed up yet. I just need some good solid footage that I can later use in the BAM video

If everyone cleaned up after themselves there wouldn't be this type of a problem. Then again some people were not raised that way i guess.
