is it true that they do not allow you to borrow it anymore?

I still say its worth it to buy one and keep it around....

It essentially pays for itself the first couple of times you use it, especially if you consider visiting a dealership as the alternative

Car Info: you've got an electrical problem.
You can rent it.
Its against california law for them to scan your car. As they do not have a repair order on work done. (Cal Law) Even if it is free work. The BAR passed that down about 6 years ago. Once in a while they go testing those stores too.

I got a few obdII scanners.. come to the coco meet tomorow night. I'll scan and tell you what it is.
