my friend can do it, hes in oakland

go to one of those places that sell face plates/lighted batteries and such. Most likely you'll be able to get it done there. The last time i checked [a month ago] at a store in oakland, the price for unlockig phones was 25 bucks.

I think you can get it done for $5 if you bargain right and go to the right person

Where are you located? My friend in stockton owns a cell phone company. Most of his services are done through maling but you can make appointments to meet if you are local.
