100% the man on the tracks fault. I go to these kinds of races all the time and have done so most of my life.
You sit in the damned car until all the cars are STOPPED.
You can tell tony tried to throttle around the dude when he saw him. There's no way he saw him. Ever sat in one of those cars with a helmet on?

So dumbass broke every safety rule on the books and got himself hit by a racecar. If the exact same thing happened with a guy running out on the freeway, you think the driver would be charged with murder... or even detained? Our course not.
If this was a fan who ran out onto the course and got hit, would anyone be claiming the driver intentionally hit him?
