Nascar driver Tony Stewart runs over fellow racer

Who's to blame for this incident? Yellow lap, guy gets run over, thrown 50 feet, and dies...

100% the man on the tracks fault. I go to these kinds of races all the time and have done so most of my life.

You sit in the damned car until all the cars are STOPPED.

You can tell tony tried to throttle around the dude when he saw him. There's no way he saw him. Ever sat in one of those cars with a helmet on?

Who the hell gets out on a hot track and starts pointing. Where's the safest place? In the vehicle?

I dunno can't tell if he kicked the rear end out on Purpose but that kid was in the middle of the track.

Horrible...

I feel so bad for Tony. There's no way he would have done that on purpose.

Has to be one of the most easily avoidable auto racing related deaths ever, tragic for all involved!

So dumbass broke every safety rule on the books and got himself hit by a racecar. If the exact same thing happened with a guy running out on the freeway, you think the driver would be charged with murder... or even detained? Our course not.
If this was a fan who ran out onto the course and got hit, would anyone be claiming the driver intentionally hit him?
Tony Stewart is faultless here.

Thats what it looks like to me, he's the only truck wayyy over there and he caused the wreck, he knows where the downed vehicle is. Looks like he tried to roost him his huge tire caught him.
