Looking for a cool down to earth Suby roomate in the puninsula!!
Like the post says I need to move out of my parents house (again) now that I have some money saved up. I would like to room up with a cool I-club roomate, who is professional but likes to let loose on the weekends and throw back some drinks. I will have friends over, but I will be very respectful and keep the shared living splace clean and in order if I have people over. I have two really good friends that are cops and will be over so I would like you to be between 21 and 30 and not a huge pot head lol but a small amount of 420 is ok from time to time
places I will rent are;
San Mateo
Foster City
Belmont
San Carlos
Redwood Shores
Rent will be split in half and will be in a two bed two bath so we don't have to share a bathroom
I like to live in nice places so rent will be $750-1000 depending on what we find.

j/k but you will most likely be spending a lot more $$ if you want a 2/2 "nice" place. Of course you can always rent ours when we leave hahahahaha...

GL finding a nice place in the peninsula with that price range...although, with the economy you might be in luck.
Last April I was hard pressed to find a nice place that was below $1k per person (apts and houses to rent).

San Mateo and Belmonth have many nice huge 2x2 for about $1600, I will spend $1000 myself but I know not everyone can spend that much

The last house I rented was in Sunnyvale, moved out in in 2001 and it was $2100/mo for a 3br/2ba w/ 2 car garage. Went to a 2/2 Duplex in Sunnyvale for $1500 but those rent for $1995/mo now (I just asked). Rents suck right now.
Matt - my buddy with the Camaro might be looking for a place up here due to a new job, if so I will put y'all in touch. He is currently looking at a place in Sunnyvale though to rent with people, 1 master bedroom/bath for around $900 or so and then two other rooms, plus huge livingrooms and half of the huge 2 car garage. But that's Sunnyvale.

^ I would not mind Sunnyvale but it's just hella far from my work and the cost in gas would make make up for the lower cost in rent I would take your place! it's hella nice but your hella clost to the traun and you door and a *** hat that works next to you lol
