If you can find an AutoSpeed, it definitely fits the bill. I have it on my specB.
You may want to point her to legacygt dot com, plenty of sound clips and firsthand experience.

2 cats will be most quiet
1 cat will be decent
catless will always be lout
Headers help reduce drone
resonators help reduce drone
My magnaflow right now is the quietest exhaust i've ever heard, but mostly cuz it has 2 resonators in the mid pipe.
This isn't gonna be exact, but here's how'd i'd order them from quiet to loud.
stock < autospeed < prodrive < magnaflow < CNT< stromung < megan racing < borla < perrin < HKS < XO2/GMS

^ of course it depends on the auction closing price as to whether this a "deal" but shipping isn't that difficult. All you need to do is use ImportMonster.com and they'll ship it from Japan to you. I know that it was relatively lightweight but the S202 wing I just got was sent in a oversized box and that cost $150 to ship.

Hush/Maddad are both perfect catless. Wont wake your neighbors up when you start your car at 5:30am. Both do tend to open up under hard acceleration though.
Couldnt tell you whats quiet + rumbly catted because aint nobody got time for that.
