and last but not least the inside of my intercooler hose caked in that stuff. Anyone know whats up? Ever time I hit above .5bar(stock gauge) theres a GREEEEEEEE sound too. No boost and rev to 7k rpm and its silent.

Blowby is re-routed to the intake as per current emissions requirements. Thus you end up with oil in your intake tract downstream of the point where the blowby will be re-introduced. On the WRX, this is right next to the turbo inlet.
As for your sound, have you messed with anything in your exhaust tract? An intake leak downstream of the turbo will sound much more like a whooshing sound and less like a screeching/screaming sound. What you explain sounds like a typical uppipe leak.
