1. Obviously this guy was doing this to attract the attention of the police and try and get them to "mess up" and get it on video for their own bull**** reasons.

2. Damn right I would want my local law enforcement to stop and question a person publicly wielding a firearm.

Even if he was trolling the cops, he was still within his rights and knew the law. In the end, the police couldn't do anything and had to give his gun back because they had no reasonable suspicion to detain him further.
