There is one invoice price. There aren't two. However, invoice doesn't include factory incentives and such. Why don't you try checking out Edmunds or something for the scoop.

That's what it's like on average for new Subarus. I don't know if Mitsubishi is the same but I don't see why it wouldn't be. I think the 10k off is what you need to look for
