Whats the benefit of the jailbreak? I've had my 3Gs and it's never been jailbroken. What does one get from a jailbroken phone?

You can do a bunch of cool stuff that Apple wouldn't let you, like having a screen with 20 icons instead of 16 on a page. Ability to remove the stupid spotlight, springboard to turn on/off wifi, 3g and other stuff with one swipe. Free everything from the App Store.

Sweet, I just may sell my 4 for like $400 on craigslist, but the 4S and pocket the rest of the cash.

congrats on the 4s purchase... but never understood why people stand in line when you can preorder the phone and have it shipped to your door for free. Maybe it's for the experience?

still messing around with on my 4s... playing with siri and what not. i'm actually fairly impressed on the new phone... i think it has enough features it separate itself from the 4. imo, the 8mp camera alone is pretty amazing.

 

Serious...except mine has been sitting on my porch since noonish when Fed-Ex delivered it, and I'm still at work. FML.

 

i hear ya,thats why i ordered mine online as well.only time i went to the store was to pick up some accessories for my mom and sis who both got the iphone 4.

 

I Missed the preorder and the line wasnt bad at all. Was back home before noon (got there at 9:45). Not like I'm camping out Plus I completely skipped the 3GS and 4, my patience was up

What cases did you guys get? Haven't seen one I liked yet.

 

got the mophie juice pack since im always out on the road.maybe get something later on if it catches my attention.cant beat $50 for it

 

i just went with one of the standard incase cases. had one on my last phone and it lasted over 2 years, so i got the same rubberized black case. i also got one of the screen protectors but thats pretty much a requirement
