I'd probably just buy an old bugeye, paint it aspen white and spend the rest on the biggest, baddest, EJ257 swap I could manage. Some amazing coilovers and wheels and make it as pretty as I could.
If you're talking just on a full car you had to buy and couldn't custom-build something I'd go with a Cadillac CTS-V. ****ing best car for that price. If we were talking 100k though it'd be an R8 without question.
