also found this:
Besides PhIP, other chemicals commonly produced when you barbecue food include heterocyclic amines (HCAs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and advanced glycation end products (AGEs).

HCAs, PAHs and AGEs have been linked to cancer, oxidative stress, inflammation and an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes and kidney problems.
guess ill stick to original recipe... oooh yah

Yeah I remember growing up I loved when my mom would make her chicken with extra Sodium Phosphate, Monosodium Glutamate, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, and then a little extra Calcium Silicate and Silicon Dioxide. Now thats home cooking.

Everything is crap when you really look at it.

Just enjoy life and eat what you think is good and what you can handle

Thing is, even if you cook it at home, chances are the same **** is going to be in there. I bet half that **** is from the sauces and oils they're using, which wouldn't change unless you make the sauce yourself or shop at one of those hippy organic stores.

Pretty much everything "has been linked to" cancer.
