you know what most fire departments do if there is a car blocking hydrants? the either bust out your windows and run hose through your car or the push it out of the way with their big red truck. sucks that he feels so entitled. but he would get his if the hydrant was needed

Well if that happened it would be great but the police department could be forced to pay for damages if he somehow proved he was on "police business" since he has that permit, which would be even more bs.
