I hate to do it... but I gotta give Stevens Creek Subaru Service Dept love
I'm not talking about the dealership in general because well... they still are marking things up by 6k so 
'um
But regarding their service department they were exceptional. Had a minor issue of my own fault and they took care of it. I received a call from service dept and spoke with a gentlemen named shaun who was professional, polite and completely courteous despite my being a jerk. (I hate stevens creek and it was a denial of warranty issue which I expected but it was in fact my own fault and I own up to that) Anyhow they were polite friendly and went out of their way to meet my demands/requests. They even gave me a free brake adjustment = my ebrake was way loose.
Anyhow... I was always ready to give hell when something negative was found with them... Now that I have something positivie I'll share that too.
AGAIN THIS WAS FOR THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! skip the dealership with their mark ups and crusty sales men.

I would bubble this all down to that Shaun guy being new and not knowing that "*******" is the official dealership policy when dealing with customers for anything at all.

None of you dislikes them more than I do.... which is why inspite of the courtesy of that guy I still went spilling over with contempt for the dealership.
I bought a 2000 2.5 RS for 23k!!! I got jacked... however they ate my 8k trade in for a 96' buick park ave ultra that was a busted POS. They called me for over a year trying to get me to sign papers in order for me to buy it back because they couldn't sell it for like 3k!!! haHAHAHHAHHAH

I dunno about you all, but their service department was the dumbasses that scratched my car ....then proceeded to tell me that they would not fix the scratch (repaint the bumper) but they would try and buff it out for me (after I had told them like 50 times that I have tried that already).....I was like @$$|-|0LE$, YOU scratched it, YOU fix it....then after days of arguing with them, the FINALLY agreed to have "their paint guy" come to the dealership and touch it up for me, because he has a "mobile paint shop in his truck, and he just does all the dealership work and they can call him anytime.".....ya see, my problem with that is, I DONT WANT SOME JACKA$$ COMING TO PAINT MY CAR OUTTA THE BACK OF A TRUCK WITH A SPRAY CAN. I want a reputable BODY SHOP to paint my car.....I can F*CK up my own paint job with a spray can if I want to, I dont need some idiot to do it for me at a dealership.

bought the car from them for a good price, but the car had a small dent, and some small scratches, been waiting a month and a half for them to do it...
...ok i got a good deal on the car, but i don't think i'll ever get my car serviced there
