A month ago I took my STi in for service because the trany was making a funny sound so they pulled the trany and sent it to subaru to be inspected. The next day it got broken into they took all my gauges my CD player and my EQ. I think some one left the door unlocked or it was an inside job and they had the keys.

Well now I got a new set of gears, gauges and a car with only 330 miles on it because they didnt set it to the original odometer reeding. they put a little dent in one of the doors but they will fix it when i make an apointment. Hopefully nothing happens to my car so I can make it to Mt. Hammy.

 

thats pretty cool...how they take your stuff?? someone broke into the shop?

 

They left the car out side next to another STi and some one from the dealer ship must have left the doors unlock or some picked the lock because there were no sings of forced entry. The black STi next to mine had the wheels stolen and all the gauges. This was at livermore subaru. They no longer leave STi's out side at night because they have no secuity at all.

I will call about the O.D. reading when i get the dent fixed. I would almost say that I will never take my car back there again because before this i took it there for pinging and they said there was nothing wrong so i had to drive down there, miss the first half of work to show them in two min. what they couldn't find in the hole day before. Then it happend again and they still say theres nothing wrong with it and i'm not going to bother. I'm just going to get a Vishnu stage 1
