I've had 3 subies, and my current STi (2007) I've had for about 2 years. Before that I had my 2000 2.5RS for 10 years, and my 06 WRX for about a year before it was totaled.

 

except that we never actually declared war, but that is a subject for a different forum.

I've had my wagon since memorial day in 2001 so almost 10.3 years already, 286,000 miles.

I had my first subie from about 1990 until '97, and we had a Forester from '98 until after Cathie and I split up in '99- she let me take "her car" on the 2000 Alcan Winter Rally and last I heard- she is still driving it.

Pete (psoper) is the Subaru godfather. At least the milage godfather. There should be a "+" after the "250,000" in your custom title. You should contact sybir or another mod to see if they can add that "+" for you, it's well deserved and you're a valued member of this forum, so I cant see anyone having a prob with that.

I remembered being on I-Club (now NASIOC for you "newbies") for almost 1 year in 2002 and finally got my first Subaru right before the year ended. Everyone said, "IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME!" I still have the car.

 

since March 2003, 72k miles on it.

 

Let's see, I've had my WRX since February 6th, 2007, so 3.5 years officially on Friday.

1st suby: 04 wrx bought at the end of Aug of 2004, unfortunately lost it during a crash of 08

2nd suby: shortly after my accident bought an 04 sti at the end of July of 2008

so 2 years in counting but been part of the suby crowd since 04.
