Hmm, (RICH) White People Like to Party Too!! (Aerosmith+50 Cent+KennyG+more=YIKE$!?)
Hey all,
Just a lil something for you pop culture nuts....dunno if you guys heard about it, but recently, some boojee NYC bigwig rented out the Rainbow Room (NBC Studios building) and hired a bunch of artists to play at his 16 year old daughter's bat mitzvah (like a bar mitzvah for guys).
ALLEGEDLY (don't shoot the messenger), the total tab for the party was about $10 million......Aerosmith got $2 million, 50 Cent got $500,000 for only 4 songs, & Kenny G got stuck with the job of making like a Walmart greeter and serenading guests as they came into the lobby. DJ AM, Nicole Richie's fiance, (actually, EX, as of their official announcement today), also dj'd the event.....think there were other celebs, including Stevie Nicks & Tom Petty that appeared too.

I heard this on WILD 94.9 a few days ago and they said 50 Cent sang that song "GO SHAWTY, IT'S YA BAT MITZVAH, WE GON' PARTY LIKE IT'S YOUR BAT MITZVAH"
