so is it still "hella flush" if you are running a 9.5 wide wheel with 265's?
Meaty tires only mmm like a rare steak.

willow 02-20-2011 08:49 PM

I like the look of it on nissans more so than subarus. I like to keep my subie highly functional.

change that 265 to like 235 than ya i think

Shagon Wagon 02-20-2011 09:50 PM

i run a meaty 255 on my 9.5 , i dont catch sh*t from any of the stretched tire guys. Not all of us stretch the hell out of tires

salvator_rizzo 02-20-2011 10:10 PM

thats a solid width. Any thinner on a wheel 9" + just doesn't make any sense.

unless its drift or something

Choku Dori 02-20-2011 10:21 PM

Just don't. Please.

slugrx 02-20-2011 10:31 PM

yeah 9" wheel = 255...you can still tuck a 255 and look good without being vdubbed out

sigma pi 02-20-2011 10:46 PM

ry's_shagnwagon 02-20-2011 11:08 PM

18 by 9.5 et 35 on a wagon and my car doesn't rub at all, fenders are pulled as wide as a sedan front end with 1.5 degree of camber all around
^^^yikes way too cambered-out its rediculous
yup. They are VIP cars so they are on bags so its not 100% like that when they drive, but close

04caliwrx 02-20-2011 11:35 PM

Hella lame, why make your car handle like crap to looks "sweet" can't track it, can't go to the snow, can't go into a drive way. If you are flush but run the tires you should it ok. 18x9.5 with 275's is good cause you put some rubber on them wheels!

ry's_shagnwagon 02-20-2011 11:44 PM

i have more than enough tire on the road, to each its own not everybody tracks there car
