Wow... I didn't know half of that. I guess there is always something new to learn. +1 for SE for posting it on their site.

+1 for SE

as a vendor, i know exactly what they mean and support it 10000000000000001%! But I've also been very luck to not having to deal with most of those issues.

That's just great! I really wish we could change all our company policies and legal docs to read like that.

#9 Running my stickers won’t change a damn thing: Running a shop’s sticker shouldn’t be some kind of exchange for discount. You should run it because you WANT TO SUPPORT THE SHOP.

I love this one. +1 for Speed Element.

That's an awesome company policy. Sure, it's very straight forward, but it's pretty much everything completely spelled out for the customers. Almost all of it is stuff most shops are a bit too afraid to bluntly say. Kudos to SE for not tip toeing around how they really feel.

I will print this out & tack it to the wall...will save me tons of time everytime a new customer walks in.

And let me expand on SE policy:

To all of you fine customers that insist on buying your parts elswhere to save a few bucks....

Have you ever gone into a restaraunt, carrying fresh groceries, and ask the chef to cook 'em up?

Have you ever gone grocery shopping, grabbed some fruit selling for $4.99/lb and walked up to the cashier and offered $3.99/lb?

Of course not!!
