Haaaaaa (Something's missing)

I wish the pirates would stop high jacking my threads. Cause they keep getting deleted.

On that note: Look what I built yesterday....

When you read a thread title like"Haaaaaaa" isn't that like putting a smilie or a JK. Like "Haaaaaaaaaaa you're a tool JK"

On top of that, who deletes threads anyways? Who can I get in touch with when I want a thread deleted? I thought it was against policy to delete threads.

For instance:
Let's say I'm really offended about a thread or a post, do I just say this really offends me and I want it deleted. Is it that easy or do I need to "know" someone.

What's the criteria for getting a thread deleted?

You have to call in the derailing squad. Once it has gone far off of the offensive topic, it'll be deleted. Not because it is offensive/harmful, but because it is OT.

I would like to know this information as well. There have been a few occasions where I requested posts to be deleted but it never happens.

And on that note... That is a very nice trellis you have built there Jeff.

When you were building that Pergola (which this thread is partly about) did you see any automotive batteries in the garage that are not in use?

I have a strong feeling that the libel Ed committed, among the other breach of employee privacy he made in his contribution to the thread, was reason enough to have the moderators attention.

Glad to see my personal business is private again, but sorry to see the rest of the discussion had to go with it.

oh and nice pergola!
