Got hit by Rossetti twice. Rude, overzealous when talking to people he's pulled over. Some here might argue he is doing his job, I'm sure he is, but he's an ******* when he does it. If you are in Fremont beware and hope you get out of this city fast.

ive been to the ref so let me tell you my story.

i was running fmic, vf turbo, intake, inlet hose, BOV and i also had a super loud exhaust. the officer knew what he was doing so he sent me to state ref.

i put my car back to stock with a help from other i clubbers and went to the wyotech state ref. i left my defi gauges in (unplugged, they were just glowing), vf 34 turbo, inlet hose, as well as my turbo timer thinking this wouldnt effect emissions, but i was wrong.

they told me they couldnt run any of their test due to the fact that i had my gauges and turbo timer in. why? i dont know.

went to EVC state ref and their staff seems to be a lot more nicer compared to Fremont.

IIRC this took place in 2006- 2007.

I don't give a **** about him doing his job... He can choose to say nothing to me at all but instead he treats you like you just raped a 104 year old woman or something.

He's an ass to people because it makes him feel better about himself... Maybe he was bullied as a kid and now has to prove his "might" by hurting others. For that, he is eligible for one free missile attack.

he is a total assclown. couple months ago i drove down to have lunch with my wife. he had pulled over a BMW i35. i stopped for fuel and the bimmer pulled in behind me. he got a ticket for having stock tint. you know that blue haze that bmw and benz use on their glass. he said when he tried to explain it came like that cockface told him if he said another word he would tow his car. i pulled out and drove by him thinking he was going to pull me over(diesel with 5" straight pipe thats insanely loud and a turbo whine that you can hear 2 blocks away)he didnt even give me a second glance. after lunch i drove back by and he was still sitting there. this time i left the stop sign with enough peddle to blow some smoke,still didnt care. hes def picking and choosing his prey.

you guys who have had problems with this d-bag need to file official complaints and have them put in his file. enough complaints and they wont keep him around much longer. i would also wait until after you have passed your ref before filing the complaint, so he can't make things harder for you some how.
