Is anyone else getting an error when they do a google search?

It shows me this...

Nope, I'm not getting the "Forbidden" error. What are you looking for? Maybe I can try looking for that particular item (or website) to see if I get that same error.

I get the error even when I go incognito...

The images, maps, news, video, ect searches work... It is when I search on the web that I get the error.
